Multiple notifications when using master

Bug description

Receive notification multiple times on a triggered event when configured different zones and the master option.

Steps to reproduce

2 zones with 1 sensor each 1 mode activated (away) Master Mode off 1 notification on 'armed' to one device for only one zone: Get 1 notification

Master Mode on 1 notification on 'armed' to one device for master: Get 2 notifications

With each toggle of the master switch from on to off and back to on the amount of send notification is +1

It makes no difference how many zones are configured and how many modes are activated.

P.S. In der deutschen Lokalisierung ist unter Aktionen -> Benachrichtigung konfigurieren -> Bedingung -> Bereich noch ein falscher Text: "Bereich, für den das Ereignis gilt; leer lassen, um den globalen Alarm auszuwählen."

Leer lassen geht nicht, ist inzwischen ein Pflichtfeld. Für globalen Alarm muss Master ausgewählt werden.
