Not all ESPHome Sensors are Showing as Entities

Proposal

Allow more entities to be tied to the alarm

Additional info

I have a Zwave smoke/co2 alarm that shows up as environmental. Have them show up the same way. Both are tagged by Home Assistant for what they already are

And Yes I've unchecked show hidden sensors. They are still nonlisted.
