Not sure if a close button is needed on a flyout? It's light-dismissable so that means it can be closed at all times by clicking outside it or pressing ESC....

@gokcekantarci Not sure if this PR is needed. https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/32409 was created for the old UI, and was not tested on the current UI. So I think we could close that...

Updated the GIF in the original post reflecting the latest changes (still WIP though :)).

I'd say the flyout should use the taskbar theme.. (like Notification Center and Quick Actions). But I wonder how we could catch that in a window itself.

@BLM16 mind adding a screenshot of the added settings card to the original post so folks can see what's happening there :)?
