Helpers are not installed on brand new macOS installation

Helpers will not install on a brand new macOS installation since the PHP Monitor app does not have permission to write the helper files to the appropriate directory.

  • [ ] Put the helper files somewhere else and symlink them instead
  • [ ] Ask for the helpers to be installed at first launch
