Auto guess what Markdown extensions to activate based on VCS info

It should not be very difficult to detect that the project is hosted on Github for example, and automatically activate Github specific extensions.

Associations between forges and Markdown extensions are welcome here.

Notice: This plugin is no more maintained and it has been removed from Jetbrains plugins repository. There is a Markdown plugin officially supported by Jetbrains.
