Add table of contents

It is hard to find something in long markdown file. It would be nice if plugin show something like "table of contents" for navigation purposes. For example at top of preview window there can be a button to show "table of contents" in popup window.

Would be nice if the headers are structured in the Structure View (tool window).

I agree. As I'm writing my thesis in Markdown this would help me to get a better overview.

Notice: This plugin is no more maintained and it has been removed from Jetbrains plugins repository. There is a Markdown plugin officially supported by Jetbrains.
