S3 repository goes into error state

I successfully mount an s3 repo (at backblaze) without issue. I can create/run backups, but at some point, the repo goes unhealthy and I cannot browse snapshots from the repo view, but I can continue to backup and view files to restore from the backup section. I try to "run doctor" and get a bad gateway error message. I don't see anything obvious in the logs.

The repo created date is also really wrong.

I have deleted/recreated the repo several times with the same result.

Great tool/concept, would love to see continued development.
