Menu operations

Could you please give the order of menu operations in order to generate the output? I use the parafashion/data/dress/input.ply as input.

The "batch process" button runs all the steps in the pipeline. Most other buttons are only here to visualize intermediate results, or output results to SVG or obj files.

We really should simplify the UI with @nicopietroni. I'll try to find time when the semester starts, and we'll keep the issue open until then. (also sorry for the late reply, both Nico and I were away all summer)
