Screencapture method doesn't gets desktop background instead of screenshot of window you're selecting on Catalina

Doesn't work on Catalina. The screenshot won't select the window and instead grabs the desktop behind the window. Any ideas on a fix/workaround? This is the only related thing I could find on it.

Sorry I have now way to test it as I’m still on High Sierra...
