Create Playlist Function for Music Player Google Drive does not work

Expected Behavior

A playlist to be created

Actual Behavior

(What actually happened?)

The loading screen stayed on forever.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. open any number of songs in drive music player
2. hit the create playlist button
3. wait forever until you have to restart chrome
