Animation Delays - Especially Ahri Ultimate and Q

Just as the title says. Q + Ult animations area bit (or very) delayed when you activate them

Hmm, it might just be a problem on my end then. Every animation except W was delayed. I would Q and Ultimate and a few seconds after their respective animations would trigger.

This could be due to a potential logic issue with the calculation of the ability cooldowns. Hold this issue open as unknown and attempt reproducing it after the new commits are pushed to master for a new release.
