Make Actions easier to use

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Current actions feature in glances is very hard for an non-programmer/end-user to use. Make actions more user-friendly and simple to make use of.

Describe the solution you'd like Initial Idea: Predefined actions with injectable parameters Have programs for commonly used alert types with optionally default message. Allow the user to specify custom message/format when desired.

These default programs should probably be provided as an package extra.
