Group lights into zones via UDP port and UDP sync

As suggested on Reddit by u/ThePantser,

"Grouping of lights to zones or rooms so you can change the whole group or allow of creating animations that sync the group like they are a continuous string."

This could be accomplished by reworking the DeviceList UI into a CardList. I'm not sure how the animations can be synced, I need to put more thought into that.
