App does not like inactive accounts.

👋 Hi there! I managed to produce a crash by getting my account into a bad state and authorizing the app with put.io. My account had been suspended without my noticing, and until I paid up the Adder produced a CALayerInvalidGeometry exception and died on launch (log here). If I had to guess I'd say that the API was reporting something unpleasant for my "remaining space" and the progress bar in the app didn't like it very much.

Definitely an edge case, but thought it might be worth flagging anyway. Thanks for all your work on this project!
