Automatic updates are deactivated when the plugin is active

When the plugin is active, all automatic updates (plugins which are not managed by this plugin) are disabled.

It also appears that when the plugin is active, all of the available plugin updates (plugins which are not managed by Git Installer) are suppressed.

I have tried the following and cannot reproduce the error:

• "git installer" is activated
• outdated plugin is activated (https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/hello-dolly/advanced/ - v 1.6)
• update is displayed as expected and can be executed
• automatic update could also be activated
