EFA#059: Bug: EFA does not always restore efaTypes during backup restore

When restoring a full backup - for instance after a fresh install of efa boathouse - efaTypes are seemingly not restored correctly.

Problem is that during restore, the project gets closed and reopened, but the efaTypes do _not_get reloaded. If the user then opens the configuration dialog of efa and closes it using the Save button, all efaTypes get overwritten by those loaded during startup of efa.
