EFA#115 Project dialogue should state the currently loaded project

Project dialog (where all available projects are shown) does not highlight the currently loaded project. The currently loaded issue is shown in the admin dialogue in the background, if run in efaBths, or in the title bar of efaBase.

This is sort of inconvienient.
