EFA#114 efa241: exports should use mailto: as indicator for sending via email

New introduced functionality to send exports to email adresses in efa 241: This can be enabled with -email parameter

This is sort of inconsistent with sending backups with "mailto:" in a parameter value.

Also, the export to a local file when sending an export to an email adress shoudl be removed. The local file should be stored in efa2/tmp directory.
