EFA#113 efaCloud handling tips

As of new documentation ( http://efa.nmichael.de/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=access_cloud ), efaCloud has some prequisites when it comes to

• names of logbooks
• handling of multiple boatshouses
• usage of Status (Guest, ...) and Waters in new efaCloud projects

So the new project / new logbook / dialogs should provide

• a hint which type of project we are running (local file, efaRemote, efaCloud)
• how many/which boatHouses are in the project
• a hint how to name new logbooks, especially for efaRemote/efaCloud projects
• avoid automatically adding waters to an efaCloud projects
• avoid automatically adding status (Guest, ... to efaCloud projects)
