EFA#111 Better handling adding New Projects to existing efaCloud Instances
When setting up a new efa instance to an existing efaCloud setup (e.g. a new client for working from home), this should usually be done by
- installing a new efa client
- restoring data from an existing, CURRENT backup of the boathouse pc
- set up a new efaCloud user in efacloud for this new instance (in efaCloud web frontend)
- Project--> settings --> username
- reboot
If a user uses an alternative approach by
- installing a new efa client
- create a new project with data source=efacloud using the existing efacloud credentials
- create a "new" logbook with the appropiate start/end dates
the "new project" wizard automatically creates some master data: a) sexes (as these are fundamental in efa) b) a water list
This may lead to duplicate entries in the efacloud instance, which is identified when running the audit task within efaCloud web client.
This problem should be avoided by adding a new option in the "new project" wizard. If this option is active, no sexes or water lists should be created on the client.
