EFA with multisession support EFA does now supports easy creation and late entry of sessions in the following scenario: multiple persons go on a tour together (same destination, waters, date/time etc), and each person uses their own boat (one-seater boats). This is done by having a specialized input mask where an unlimited number of person/boat combinations can be added to a new session/late entry.
-
ItemTypeItemList The [+] icon of the ItemTypeItemList gets a bold graphic hint so that users can find it more easily. This is an important usability aspect as ItemTypeItemList gets used for the new EFA multisession support.

Checks when saving a new (old-fashioned) session / late entry The checks have been re-ordered so that they are performed in the order of the fields in the GUI. This makes it more easy for the user if multiple checks fail.
-
NEW: new check if entered boat names (even if not matching to the lookup list) are identical to boats which have not single-seater configuration. efa shows an error message, then. This avoids the case that the user uses the multisession dialog, and enters the name of a boat which has no one-seater configuration, but is able to save the trip. The audit task would stumble upon such an entry where no boatID is set, but the boat name matches to a boat in the database. Then the trip would look like a single person was on a trip with a multi-seater boat (e.g. 8 seaters...) this would not make sense.
-
NEW: User can determine where the section for name/boat pairs are located in the new GUI. Default: at the end of the dialog.
