EFA#76: Autopopup with partial text search shall autoselect first matching elment by prefix

When Autopopup mode with partial text search is active, efa looks for matching elements which CONTAIN the specified text, and displays them in alphabetical order. The very first element in the list gets selected.

This is not optimal if elements in the lists are optimized for a prefix based search.

It would be better if efa filtered by partial text, but selected the first element in this list which matches by prefix.
