EFA#72 EFB Sync: Better sync of routes with same Start/Destination

When syncing canoeing trips efa -> Kanu-EFB (Germany only), each trip gets synchronized using a start and a destination point.

For regular trips/Routes starting and ending at the same boat house, this is not very suitable as in EFB, the common trip name is not synced.

So when start and destination of a trip are the same, efa should include the efa destination name in the start point for EFB Synchronisation.

There is no need for a software update. Start and Destination both get used for sync. So the Destination ("Ende" in German) part could contain the via point

So the trip in kanuefb contains both Start and End.
