get customer id after create

Hi thanks for you code ; i am php developer and when i use rest for create customer and after create customer in header returned customer id such as Location : /api/customer/16 and now i wanna get customer id with your code but when i send request and wait for response,response does not come back but in magento customer has been created can you show me how i can get customer id after create
