Add /reload support

When server reloads, people need to do /login to do something. They will not be notified that they will need to login

Hi, @Cwickks!

I don't know if this is possible to keep the login, as /reload closes the OpeNLogin class loader and creates new instances, but I can add a message to authenticate again.
