Add option for setting jogging speed.

I found the default jogging speeds a little slow for my taste, so this PR adds a setting to choose between 'Normal' (default) and 'Fast' jogging speeds.

Does software has mdi or can we enable it? If not is there a way to configure the grbl board using the pendant so its not dependent to pc.
