Support multiple campaign providers

I'd like to make a request for support for multiple campaign providers who provide APIs to their donation-based marketplaces (like https://www.giveffect.com/).

I am totally on board with this. I initially launched this service based on my relationship with GiveForward, but have always planned to expand to every other relevant crowd-funding service in the medical space.

I'll begin thinking about implementation details and other campaign providers.

Let's see if we can put together a list of potential providers and their APIs here.
