There is an error in the chapter picture in the video information
The preview image in the video is correct, but the video information page cannot be loaded, and the request is wrong
It seems that after the .bif is generated, the /config/metadata/library file will be deleted
Are you sure this is the case? I don't believe jellyscrub would cause this to happen, and if it did delete the entire library folder it would also remove the backdrop, poster, and logo images, which doesn't seem to be the case from the image you uploaded.
Can you verify that generating trickplay images for media with currently working chapter images causes the chapters to be removed? Does all media with chapter images exhibit this same behavior or just the one movie?
