Not showing?

I have Inject client script into jellyfin-web turned on, but I don't see anything other than the regular every-five-minutes Chapter images when hovering over the play bar in the browser. Not really sure what other information to provide, since I'm not sure what the problem is.

Running in docker.

Hi - I'm having the same problem. I even tried wiping all the data, reinstalling and not creating the every-5-minute chapter images in case they were overwriting the JellyScrub images, but still nothing shows up. I have .bif files in trickplay folders beside each movie file.

I just have images for the 'Cast & Crew' and 'More like this' sections, although when I let it create the chapter images, they show up between the Cast & crew and More like this sections.

I also have Inject client script into jellyfin-web turned on. I've installed the server directly on a Synology NAS and not in Docker and have tried accessing it with a Firestick a browser and the android app and the JellyScrub .bif images never appear

Any advice welcome.

What jellyfin version are you guys on? 10.9?

Currently on hotio/jellyfin:release-10.8.10-1. I don't think 10.9 is out yet?

I'm on 10.8.10-10 directly on a Synology NAS and not via Docker

Could you please paste the parts of your jellyfin logs relating to jellyscrub and script injection status?

Hi,

I think I've been a bit of a noob and misunderstood what JellyScrub is doing. I initially thought it was (A) allowing me to configure the size and frequency of the frames visible when you view the info about a movie - visible between the 'Cast & Crew' and "More Like This' sections, rather than (B) after a bit of Googling it now seems that JellyScrub is actually generating the frames visible when I move the pointer that appears while watching a movie (scrubbing?) that allows me to skip to a chosen position in the movie.

So if, as I suspect JellyScrub is creating the frames visible in (B) then please forgive my initial misunderstanding and ignore my original post, but if it is (A) then please let me know where to find the logs that you request?

Conversely, if there is a way to get more frames on the movie info screen (between 'Cast & Crew' and 'More Like This') than the current 5 minute interval - maybe every 10 or 30 seconds, then that would be awesome.
