Pro Subscription Not Being Applied After Organization Name Change

A github organization that I'm part of recently changed its name. We were using Coveralls for a private repo, but after the name change our pro subscription is not being applied to the renamed organization. Would it be possible to transfer our settings and pro subscription from our old org to our renamed org?
