complier complain 'Multiple methods named 'addObject:'found with mismatched result, parameter type or attributes'

I get tow complier complaints: 2014-12-04 12 40 27 2014-12-04 12 41 08

Because of other class category have "addObject" method ,Can i fix it by replacing "id existing=" with "NSMutableArray* existing=" ?
