Allow custom MIDI mapping

I wish I could choose what sample listens to what MIDI note. A MIDI-learn style function for this would be great.

1. Select your first sound.
2. Press "MIDI learn" button for that sample
3. Hit a pad or key you want to assign to that sample
4. Repeat for all the samples you need!
