Permission denied

Setup rolespec for the first time with travis. The play book required sudo, so that is added to the travis file. However getting the following error:

bin/rolespec: line 95: /home/travis/build/gotansible/selfsign/rolespec/travis/tests/selfsign/test: Permission denied

Not really sure why. Thoughts?
