Timeseries Classification Mode not active on GUI

Timeseries Classification Mode not active on GUI both in Windows and OS X. Selection button is unavailable for user.

Hello, have you found a way to enable the button? Also some classifier options are missing in the pipeline such as DTW which is for Timeseries classification.
