ACF Swatch - ACF GraphQL plugin integration

Hi there and a big thanks for this plugin! It's great and I love it.

I thought I'd drop in a feature request to see if it was possible to get this integrated with the wp-graphql-acf plugin. I'm not entirely sure yet what is required and I'll take a look and see if I can't figure this out and contribute back here when I get a chance. In the meantime I thought I'd log it here to track.
