When 2019 will be supported ?
Microsoft has not published any updated documentation for VS2019 yet. I suspect with how things are going, they will never publish new offline docs. The 2017 docs are already very broken with many missing topics and broken links.
Hi, is there any update for the Documentation of VS 2019? Or can you tell me from which website you downloaded the VS2017 Documentation?
Still no additional VS 2019 channel, although there are a couple of VS 2019 topics in the VS 2017 documentation set. It looks like this form of documentation through the Help Viewer has been abandoned
There are a lot of MS docs on Github in markdown format. I haven't got around to seeing if they can be built into something suitable for offline consumption

May be something new with 2022 channel?
Still no sign of any additional docs. I think at this stage it is unlikely that MS will ever update the docs again.
