Foreground and Background parallax

in the vertical positioning, when adjusting the parallax values for both foreground and background the this value is not applied to icons that are just above the edge of the recycler view;

set positioning of icons to vertical mode; set parallax values to max; scroll to end of list; set parallax values to zero; start scrolling to the start of the icons list;

the first and some times the second row of icons that are immediately above the visible items, still has the old values for the parallax;
