Fix Filter Dialog: Color information get lost

I'm on Win7 using glogg v1.1.4-x86_64

Here you see my filter just after opening the dialog:

The problems:

1. The 1st focused filter is drawn wrong in the list. It has the same color settings as the 2nd. When I focus the 2nd and then back to the 1st its colors are lost.

2. When I add a new filter it seems to start using the colors of the current focused filter. When I move the new (last) filter up, all the other filters will loose their color settings.
