Scrolling down beyond the end

Hi, when fast scrolling towards the bottom of the file, glogg often sort of seems to remember that you scrolled past the end, so that when scrolling up again, you are stuck at the bottom for quite some time.

Using: ubuntu 18.04 glogg 1.1.4-1

Looks like scrolling past the end triggers "follow file" to reload file if something changes. In this mode staing at the end of log seems like a good idea. However, it might be usefull to add an option to disable this behaviour globally.
