Traitar overwrites phenotype prediction of phypat with phypat+PGL model.

Hi Nick,

Thanks for all the work you've done on maintaining and improving this tool. Through an issue posted at the original repo, I found that Traitar only produces one set of predictions at the moment, because both models (phypat and phypat+PGL) use the same output files. So in essence what you get is just the phypat+PGL results. I think it's an easy fix. I'm away for the next two weeks, but will drop you message once I'm back.
