Inquiry gene prediction results from sample data

Running traitar with the sample data Listeria grayi DSM_20601 and Listeria ivanovii WSLC3009 predicts zero(0) for all microbial trait as opposed to the results in the png.figures. Could there be something wrong with my implementation or this is just the results of the sample data.
