Remove the name of the genome from the results generated by gtdb_to_taxdump.py

Hi, I'm curious as to why the name of the genome is added to the results generated by gtdb_to_taxdump.py? Is it possible to add a parameter that prevents the results from containing the genome name?

Can you provide an example in which the genome name is added? I'm guessing that the taxonomic labels that you are referring to are just standard GTDB labels.
