kergen -g does not enable staging drivers

Hi,

I ran kergen -g, which detected a missing RTL8188EU wireless NIC and enabled the config option.

BUT, this device is in staging, and 'Device Drivers  --> Staging drivers' was not enabled, so the config option was disabled again when I ran make.

Manually selecting staging drivers has allowed the module to build.
