[commone] Feature request: add possibility to configure a ServiceMonitor

Very many components (e.g. hedgedoc) provide metrics in OpenMetrics/Prometheus format. It would be cool to be able to configure a ServiceMonitor (a CustomResource) via the common Helm Chart to be able to collect the metrics for the respective component (when using the popular prometheus-operator).
