Streams getting stuck with "Commercial Break in Progress" clip

Occasionally, the streams get stuck with a short video of "Commercial Break in Progress" and will stop playing.

Any idea what is going on here?

I have the same problem. And now it returns 404 for every request!

EDIT: it seems that they moved to GraphQL and the old API is no more available
