There is some possibility to "reanimate" it? It would be a very useful repo for "less-curated" Emacs packages, like some themes.

As of this moment there is still a broken cert however the Marmalade is back on the air (Thanks Nic!). I will update EmacsWiki shortly.

I have updated the EmacsWiki restoring and slightly revising the prior version.

I think this issue can be closed.
