Webdav synchronization bug

After attempting to modify the configuration file, the required modification time for the local configuration file was changed to 10:05, and the log also showed a prompt to synchronize to the cloud locally.

But it seems that the synchronization was not successful, and the next time to check the cloud will still be 10:00.

May I ask what I should do?
