To reproduce, just try to connect to a host which doesn't exist or is down. This will cause an endless reconnect loop, ignoring SIGINT (Ctrl - C).

This doesn't work never, also if you are hashing and you are connected you can't Ctrl-C Ubuntu 16.04 latest Github commit

Bumping this, Still doesn't work on the latest release under Ubuntu 17.10
