Not detected the 2nd Nvidia gtx 1060 3gb

Windows just started reports error 43 on a GPU. If i disable the problematic one and then enable it with the troubleshoot detects both the GPU (if i enable it doesn't work). I have a ASRock H81 PRO BTC R2.0. capture3 NiceHashMiner2 doesn' t detect the second GPU but also other application (i try octane bench). Instead GPU-Z.2.4.0 detected both but one have UEFI option and CUDA and the other one no. capture capture2 Any suggestion?

One GPU is defective now i' m waiting for the replacement
