Nvidia gtx 1060 3gb - "need 3gb or more memory"

I have 3gb of memory... and the dag size is not large enough for this to be an error (correct me if I am wrong) but nicehash is throwing an unnecessary error and restarting the miner

Restart the program and then the system (if restart the program isn't enough).

I have a GTX980 and am getting the same error. Benchmarking fails and restarts after the Dismiss. I'm still able to mine with other algorithms if I let everything fail once before clicking "stop benchmarking".

i have gtx1050 4 gpu of 4gb ram each .i am using nicehash but it showing 3gb or more memory is needed . My pca have 4gb ram also . so what can i do . please help me
